Corporate retreat budgets typically range from $1,500 to $5,000+ per person depending on destination, duration, accommodations, and programming. Our Budget Estimator gives you a directional number in minutes based on your specific event parameters.
For smaller domestic retreats, we recommend starting 12-16 weeks out. International or larger-scale events benefit from 4–6 months of lead time. That said, we've executed accelerated timelines when needed—reach out and we'll tell you what's realistic.

Our pricing is simple and transparent. Meet&Retreat charges a flat planning fee based on the complexity of your retreat or offsite. Factors like team size, destination, duration, and the level of programming involved all influence the scope of work, so each project is priced individually.
Unlike many event planners or travel specialists, we don’t earn commissions from venues or vendors. That means we’re not incentivized to push you toward specific “partner” properties or experiences. Our only goal is to design the retreat that’s truly right for your team.
