Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of meet-retreat.com and app.meet-retreat.com (the "Sites"), operated by Meet&Retreat LLC ("Meet&Retreat," "we," "us"). By using the Sites, you agree to these Terms.

Access to app.meet-retreat.com is provided only under a separate engagement agreement, proposal, or similar agreement between Meet&Retreat and a client organization (the "Client Agreement"). If you access the Sites on behalf of a client or as an attendee of a client event, your use is also governed by the Client Agreement, which controls in any conflict.

Eligibility
You may use the Sites only if you can enter into a binding agreement and comply with these Terms. If you access the Sites on behalf of an organization, you represent that you're authorized to bind it.

Accounts and Use
Keep credentials confidential, use the Sites only within your authorized access, notify us of any unauthorized use, and provide accurate information. Client organizations may administer access for their users; we may suspend or terminate access at any time, including at the Client's direction. You won't use the Sites for unlawful purposes, access content beyond your permissions, interfere with operation or security, scrape or extract content beyond legitimate use, reverse engineer the Sites, upload malicious code, impersonate others, or use automated means that impose unreasonable load.

Your Content
You own information you submit to the Sites. You grant Meet&Retreat a limited, non-exclusive license to host, process, display, and use that information solely as necessary to provide the Sites and related services. You're responsible for ensuring you have the rights to provide it and that it doesn't violate law or third-party rights.

Intellectual Property
The Sites and all underlying software, design, and content belong to Meet&Retreat or its licensors. Event-specific deliverables for a Client are governed by the Client Agreement.

Third Parties
We may identify or coordinate with venues, hotels, transportation providers, and other vendors for client events. They're independent third parties. We don't contract with them on your behalf, collect payments for them, or take responsibility for their performance.

Privacy
Your use of the Sites is governed by our Privacy Policy.

Disclaimer
The Sites are provided "as is" and "as available." We disclaim all warranties to the maximum extent permitted by law, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Meet&Retreat is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages. For users outside a Client Agreement, our total liability for anything related to the Sites is capped at $100. For users under a Client Agreement, that agreement controls. This doesn't limit liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or gross negligence where applicable.

Indemnification
You'll defend and indemnify Meet&Retreat against claims arising from your misuse of the Sites, your violation of these Terms or law, or content you provide. This doesn't apply to claims caused by Meet&Retreat's fraud, gross negligence, or willful misconduct.

Termination
We may suspend or terminate access at any time for violation of these Terms, legal compliance, security, or as authorized under a Client Agreement.

Governing Law and Disputes
Illinois law governs these Terms. Disputes will be resolved in courts located in Illinois.

Changes
We may update these Terms. Updates become effective when posted.
