Your fee is set by the length of the program, group size, destination, and lead time, and every proposal includes a complete budget for the trip before you commit to anything. We never take commissions from venues or vendors, so the planning fee is the only thing you pay us.

Three to six months is comfortable for most corporate retreats and offsites, and larger groups or peak season dates benefit from more. Short on time? We offer rush planning for retreats as little as 30 days out. Send us your dates and we'll tell you honestly what's possible.
